LESS ADMIN BETWEEN YOU AND THE BOOKS

Your expertise belongs
in the review.

Not in re-entering a supplier name. Not in finding the same PDF twice. Here’s where ScannerPilot fits into your day.

01 / CLIENT ORGANIZATION

Separate clients.
A familiar way to work.

Keep documents, review queues, and QuickBooks connections with the right client—not in a shared pile.

when the source comes with it.

A DIFFERENT WAY TO LOOK AT CAPACITY

What could you do
with less retyping?

Use your own document volume and timing. Compare manual entry with a review-led workflow.

A SMALL START. A USEFUL ANSWER.

Try one client.
Not a whole-practice overhaul.

The important part: match the document to the right client before you start.
FOR THE QUESTIONS BEHIND THE DEMO

A few things
worth knowing.

Ask a specific question
How does ScannerPilot help accountants?

It prepares invoice and receipt data for review, keeps client documents organized, surfaces possible duplicates, and sends approved records to QuickBooks Online. Your team remains responsible for accounting decisions and approval.

Can I keep each client’s documents separate?

Yes. ScannerPilot describes separate client workspaces, review queues, integrations, and histories. Check that you are in the intended workspace and QuickBooks company before approving a record.

Does it replace QuickBooks or my professional judgment?

No. QuickBooks Online remains the accounting destination. ScannerPilot handles document preparation; you check the source, coding, tax treatment, payment context, and final approval.

What happens if an invoice may be a duplicate?

A possible match needs review before another transaction is created. Compare the supplier, reference, date, amount, and existing record. A warning is not a reason to delete or approve a document automatically.

Can I try it with a small part of my practice?

Start with one client workspace and a small, representative set of documents. Review the fields, confirm the correct destination, and check the accounting record and source attachment. For a demo, remove sensitive information from examples.
